The last phase of the Dukan diet is the Stabilization phase. In order to maintain their weight, people need to schedule 1 day a week for pure protein. This would help to control everything. In this phase, people also need to do exercises. They can do simple things like climbing up the stairs at their home. The Dukan diet is not only reducing weight, but it also teaches people the healthy habits that would help them to stay fit. People should continue their exercise by doing lengthy walk. When people practice the Dukan diet, they only need to do two actions to reduce their weight, and two more actions to prevent the extra weight from coming back.
